DO YOU TAKE ASPIRE OR EVOLUS POINTS?
Of course!
CAN I BE ON AN ANTIBIOTIC AND STILL RECEIVE TREATMENT?
No, you must be off antibiotics for a minimum of 2 weeks, sometimes up to 4 weeks, depending on the antibiotic you’re on and the treatment you are receiving.
CAN I BE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING AND RECEIVE TREATMENT?
Unfortunately, you cannot.
WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR IN AN INJECTOR?
Always make sure that they have your best interest at heart, the safety of you aka the client is the #1 priority. Make sure they have had proper training. Be sure to do some research prior to your appointment. And remember, these are cosmetic treatments and DO cost money, if the price sounds too good to be true — it probably is.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY TOX APPOINTMENT?
We prefer that you receive your first tox treatment 4 months prior to your event and then again 1 month prior to your event - that way we have the exact dosage we need to treat you. If you are unable to get in 4 months before, then we recommend 1 month prior to your event for best results.
WHEN WILL I START TO SEE RESULTS?
Tox takes a full 2 weeks to fully see results. It does however, start to kick in within the first 3-5 days of injecting. 2 weeks from your first appointment, we request that you schedule a follow up so we can reassess your personalized treatment plan.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO RECOVER?
The redness and swelling usually subsides within 15 minutes. Every time we inject a needle into your skin, you have the risk of bruising - however, the bruises are minimal and can be covered easily. Other common symptoms post treatment are headaches and mild discomfort.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Neurotoxin is not permanent. It usually lasts anywhere between 3-4 months. Everyones body is different, some metabolize the tox sooner and some hold onto the tox longer. As you continue to be treated, you will learn how many months you can go between treatments. We advise to schedule appointments every 3 months to stay on top of your treamtment plan.
IS IT PAINFUL?
It is a mild discomfort using a tiny needle. There is no need for numbing cream as the treatment takes 15-20 minutes.
WILL THIS CHANGE THE WAY I LOOK?
We won’t make you look crazy, I promise. We want you to look like YOU, but just the best version of you — refreshed and glowing.
WHO CANNOT RECEIVE NEUROTOXIN?
Anyone who has an autoimmune disease, has had a previous reaction to neurotoxin, is pregnant of breastfeeding, or who is allergic to eggs, cow or pig proteins.

WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK I AM HAVING A COMPLICATION WITH THE FILLER?
EMERGENT- please contact us at 612-434-3077 IMMEDIATELY if you have any of the following:
—Color change (specifically white/dusky coloring) to anywhere on the face — even if it’s not directly where you were injected.
—Severe pain, color change, and enormous swelling hours after the treatment. This should be getting better, not worse.
—Herpes or a blister like break out up to 3 days after treatment.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY FILLER APPOINTMENT?
We prefer that you schedule your appointment at least one month prior to your big event because filler takes up to 4 weeks to settle. If you can schedule it 2 months out, even better! That way we can do any touchups after the 4-week mark, and you’ll be ready for your event a month early!
WHEN WILL I START TO SEE RESULTS?
Filler has immediate results. Your treatment area will be super swollen immediately after your appointment but don’t worry — the swelling will go down immensely, so don’t panic! We will reassess after 4 weeks.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO RECOVER?
Bruising is very common, especially in the lips. Please plan your filler appointments at a minimum 2 weeks prior to your special event. Bruising can last up to 7 days. Swelling is also very common, usually subsides within the first few days.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Depending on the location, filler lasts anywhere between 6-12 months…and sometimes up to 2 years!
IS IT PAINFUL?
We will numb your lips to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Our main goal is to keep the pain to a minimum. The fillers used at luxen contain a product called lidocaine which is a topical anesthetic that helps minimize the discomfort during your treatment.

HOW LONG WILL THE SWELLING LAST?
Swelling is expected. It usually clears up within 3-5 days, however it takes up to 4 weeks for the product to completely settle.
WHO CANNOT RECEIVE FILLER?
Anyone who has an autoimmune or neuromuscular disease, is receiving immunosuppressive therapy, is allergic to lidocaine, has had a previous reaction to dermal filler, is pregnant or breastfeeding, has a history of anaphylactic reactions to bee stings or bee pollen, anyone with keloid scarring and/or active lesions, psoriasis or cold sores in the area of desired treatment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We take a card when you make the appointment. If you don’t cancel within the 24-hour prior mark, you will be charged $50. If you no show for your appointment, you will be charged $100.
WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
No worries, it happens. Please text 612-434-3077 at your earliest convenience if you know you’re going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule.
DO YOU TAKE CHECKS?
We do not take checks or cash at this time. Cards only please!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare product purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards. Services received cannot be refunded.
